When I went mall yesterday, what a coincidence that I’ve my friend fresh from abroad. He took some two months vacation leave from his company and excited to be back in his homeland - Philippines . I’m really happy to see him again after a decade since we’ve met in college. Many things I knew from his life, his business and his day to day life. We talked a lot and discussed things before and his family life. After a long hour of talking, he cited about his new car which he bought here when he back home. Since I am excited to see it personally, we went to a parking space and show his awesome car with complete set of accessories. Not to mentioned the impressive dvd players and speakers that catches to my attention, the cover seat and other accessories found in the car.Oh! I love the sony dvd player that he bought. He really succeeded in his chosen career. Well, ever since before, he really dreamed of who is he someday and that he never failed to take the opportunity to grab it. His being optimistic and survivor in all things from thick and thin consequences put him as successful person. I’ve learned so many things from him and that’s the reason why I grab the opportunity also to put business and not to give-up whatever happens. Only hardworks and discipline will work for me in the near future.

I’m wishing you well my friend and God will continue to bless you because of your hardworks and endurance to succeed.

Eye catching village October 24, 2008

We were invited by our friend of mine to attend their house blessings yesterday. I’m quite happy to witness the new designs of their house and since my friend is an interior designer , I love to see the set up of their sofa, their mini music room and the color combination of their curtains. The frames were unique attached to the wall and so many things she made just to make their house more comfortable to live with her family.

Since they were pioneering in the village, they were lucky to choose the place. Center to the recreation center with attractive trees and flowers along the park.They were also building playing ground with the kids which is really eye catching to the children. The place is really a relaxing place for the family.

I am also planning to renovate my house as soon as I am okay with my budget but as of this time my income is good for my family consumption only. How I wish to buy also a new house where it is peaceful with cool air and a one way drive to my workplace, five minutes drive to a market and accessible with my children’s school.

I am waiting for that in God’s time!

Hello world!!

October comes again… Right on the very morning, so nice to stay on the bed because of the cool breezy morning. This really reminds me that December month is getting near and that early signs of cool morning is a symbol of Christmas is on the air.

I often go to the busy streets of Davao and noticed some of christmas decors that’s really eye catching. Right at this time I am thinking of christmas gifts for my loveones and close friends of mine. Christmas parties in my office and to my other sideline business is an event to cherish while having fun with my friends.

Christmas parties and exchanging christmas gifts with my kids among his classmates is such an exciting one. By early December, I plan to buy them outfits for their christmas party to avoid rush hour buying.

Christmas is such a great moment for family bonding. But I may remind you that everyday is a christmas.

A time of giving and loving is not only for Christmas day but everyday is a perfect time to share, to give , to respect one another.

It’s so good to hear that many credit card establishment offers low interest and no annual fees while applying on it. Well, it really gives great benefit on behalf of credit card consumers. The first time I charged my gasoline expenses on my credit card, I was surprisingly noticed to my latest bill that I got cash back cards on it and it lessened my amount due that time and the fact that I gained rewards on using my credit card, I guess it would be pleasurable on my part also.

It’s not easy to bring big cash while you’re on shopping on busy department store. Aside that it’s not handy to bring cash , it is also risky to bring big amount when you’re in busy streets. Having credit card is really pleasurable , I mean I am more wise right now on using my credit card compared before that when I had something wanted to buy, I swiped it right away but now I used to think first before using my card so that I would not be deficit when the payday comes. Discipline is a must in using credit card and I guess I am doing that thing right now. .I am just using my card when it hardly needed like buying groceries for my family, medicines and other essential stuffs.

Yesterday was my due date on paying my card and I am so happy that I was not able to pay after the due date. It’s a good thing that I had lots of rewards on purchasing my gasoline, hotel and air ticket.

I love watching the movie of Ms. Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez which was shoot at Santorini, Greece. The place is really relaxing and it’s really good for the family to spend their vacation.

How I wish to be there in the place where I could take a plunge into a blue clear water. It was so nice seeing the stars of the movie sitting down the bench where you could see the eye-catching nature that surrounds the area, the cool breeze of the wind that slaps your face and the blue waters that is really inviting.

It’s really a place for family bonding, for couples who loves to grow and develop their relationship and a place where you could think well while having a best vacation.

Most consumers wanted to be safe and secure when go shopping. I’d like to shop on shopping malls, restaurants, appliance center and other places I wanted to when I bring my vital stuff on my pocket. The last time I bought a new dining set, it was really nice to buy it at zero interest rate and charged immediately to my credit card. It was not really my intention to buy a new one but because of special price he gave to me and because it is a monthly installment with zero interest rate so I take the time to buy it. The much awaited events for all nations is finally here. Beijing Olympics is indeed a great privileged from all contenders from all over the world whose one aimed is to achieved the award and for those who are not lucky enough then it’s not the prize but a great experience to become one of the challenger of the said big event.

Right now, I am enthusiast watching Olympic games on Philippine televisions which was participated by all nations. From various kinds of sports such as basketball , volley ball, football and some other kind of ball games and all known games is what I really aspire to see from the olympics. The racing of bicycle is what they featured right now on the tv and I love watching it since all nation’s participants are really giving their best just to get the ultimate title.

The Philippines where I belong is really giving extra effort and did the work out prior to the Olympics. All selected participants are really giving their best to the much awaited event and this is it… even Filipino participants will not go home with the prize but joining Olympic games is really a great opportunity for us to be reunite from all nations.

We are still aiming to get the award so to our fellowmen who joined the said event, go.. go.. go!

Having yourself a break along with your family is the best time for them to unwind and breath some dirt free air in a place where it is exceptional in your eyes. It is one way of making yourself free from all office works is giving your time to visit places while you can feel relax and away from your office premises.

Up to this time, I wanna make this weekend a more remarkable one by visiting rare places like visiting in a rural gite in Brittany . This maybe a perfect place for familes who wants to get enjoy and make fun together. Wandering around, talking together, strolling in a place where it has lots of beautiful verandas and spots is really terrific.

Visit Brest and rent a holiday home is really good for family bonding or even buddies who wants to develop more deeper their friendship. I really wish to pop-in the said place one of these days but I have to set my time in going to the place inorder for me to stay for a long time spending with my loveones. I do love to bring my kids to a place where we could have a lots of time to roam around and see God’s perfect nature given.Well, I guess Holiday apartments in Lorient is very much available now for family to stay. I love to experience also to stay this place coz I’m pretty much sure this is really a resting place for the family.
